RULES OF STAY AT THE POZIOMKOWA 5 HOLIDAY HOME

WE WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN COMPLYING WITH THESE RULES, WHICH ARE INTENDED TO ENSURE PEACE AND SAFETY OF YOUR STAY. STARTING YOUR STAY IS EQUIVALENT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES.

1. The overnight stay begins at 4:00 p.m. and lasts until 12:00 p.m. the following day. It is possible to start or end your stay (if possible) at other times than the indicated overnight stay, after prior contact by phone or email.

2. Only accommodated persons may stay in the facility (the number of persons reported during the booking). Overnight stays of non-accommodated persons without the consent of the owner of the facility are prohibited.

3. On the day of check-in, the Guest is obliged to pay the full fee for the stay.

4. On the day of check-in, a refundable deposit of PLN 500 is charged, from which the owner has the right to make deductions for damage resulting from improper use of the rooms and equipment.

5. The Guest should notify the staff of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home about the occurrence of damage/fault/malfunction of equipment or devices immediately after it is discovered.

6. The Guest is financially liable for all damage, including damage to or destruction of elements of the facility, equipment and technical devices, caused by his or her fault or the fault of his or her group, up to the amount of the actual costs incurred by the owner of the facility to repair such damage.

7. Each parent (guardian) is responsible for damage caused by children.

8. Children must be under the constant care and supervision of parents or guardians, also in the children's playroom and the "playground" and garden. The playground is not a public playground subject to the regulations and standards of construction law.

9. The owner of the facility is not responsible for items left in the building or outside the facility.

10. It is forbidden to walk in heavy shoes/ski boots, etc. in the facility. Heavy shoes should be stored in a place designated for this purpose - equipment storage in the vestibule.

11. It is forbidden to bring heavy equipment/bicycles/skis, etc. into the rooms. They should be stored in a place designated for this purpose.

12. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the facility's equipment in the rooms. It is also forbidden to light and use a charcoal grill on the premises of the residential building, including on its balconies and on the grass in the garden, carpets, wooden floors and directly under roofed garden architecture objects. (risk of fire and/or carbon monoxide poisoning). It is also forbidden to light bonfires.

13. If the owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home needs to come to the property, upon the call of the police / fire brigade / municipal guard, etc. due to the fault of the Guest, the Guest will be charged a fee of PLN 500.

14. The owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home may refuse to continue providing services to persons violating the order and rules of the regulations while staying on the premises, and may also demand immediate departure from the house without a refund of the fee paid for the stay.

15. The owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, violated the regulations of the facility or caused damage to the facility and / or the property of the owner of the facility.

16. The parking lot available to guests is unguarded and free of charge. In the event of damage to or theft of a car, the owner of the facility is not responsible for such events.

17. There is a total ban on smoking cigarettes, etc. in the facility, breaking it is equivalent to agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization in the amount of PLN 500. Smoking is allowed outside, on balconies, etc., provided that cigarette butts are properly secured (ashtray).

18. Pets are not allowed in the facility (unless the owner gives individual consent), breaking this ban will result in an additional fee for disinfection in the amount of PLN 500.

19. Waste segregation is in force on the premises in accordance with the requirements of waste segregation in the commune/city of Szczyrk. Gross non-compliance with its guidelines will result in an additional fee to cover the costs of segregation in the amount of PLN 250

20. Please submit complaints in writing, by letter or e-mail. Holiday Home Poziomkowa 5 reserves the time to consider complaints up to 14 days.
