POZIOMKOWA 5 HOUSE RULES

WE WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN FOLLOWING THESE REGULATIONS, WHICH ARE TO ENSURE YOUR PEACE AND SAFETY OF YOUR STAY. BEGINNING OF THE STAY CONSTITUTES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

1. The check-in time is usually not earlier than 4 p.m. and "hotel night" lasts until 12 p.m. the next day. It may be possible to start or finish stay at other times than the indicated period, after telephone or e-mail contact.

2. Only officially accommodated people can stay in the facility (number of people reported in the booking). It is forbidden to stay overnight by people who are not accommodated without the consent of the owner of the facility.

3. On the check-in the Guest is obliged to pay the total amount for the stay and the local tax (formerly called the climate tax) to the city of Szczyrk (the amount according to the current resolution of the City Council in Szczyrk).

4. At check-in, a returnable deposit of PLN 500 is collected, from which the owner has the right to make deductions for damages resulting from improper use of rooms and equipment.

5. The guest should notify the staff of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home about the occurrence of damage / fault / malfunction of the equipment or devices immediately after its discovery.

6. The guest is financially liable for any damage, including damage to or destruction of elements of the facility, equipment and technical devices, caused by his fault or the fault of his group, up to the amount actually incurred by the owner of the facility to repair the damage.

7. Each parent (guardian) is responsible for damages caused by children.

8. Children must be under the constant care and supervision of their parents or guardians, also in the children's playroom, "playground" and garden. The playground is not a public playground as a subject to the regulations and standards of construction law.

9. The owner of the facility is not responsible for items left in the rooms, ski room / bicycle room / storage room for equipment and outside the facility.

10. It is forbidden to wear heavy boots / ski boots, etc. in the facility.

11. It is forbidden to bring heavy equipment / bicycles / skis etc. into the rooms. They should be stored in a designated place - ski room / bicycle room / equipment storage room.

12. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the facility's equipment in the rooms. It is also forbidden to light up and use a charcoal grill in a residential building, including its balconies and on the grass in the garden, carpeting, wooden floors and directly under roofed garden architecture. (risk of fire and / or carbon monoxide poisoning). It is also forbidden to light fires.

13. If the owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home needs to arrive at the facility, at the request of the police / fire brigade / city guard, etc. due to the Guest's fault, the Guest will be charged a fee of PLN 500.

14. The owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home may refuse to continue providing services to persons who violate the order and rules of the regulations while being on the premises, and may request that they leave the house immediately without reimbursement of the fee paid for the stay.

15. The owner of the Poziomkowa 5 holiday home may refuse to accept a guest who, during the previous stay, violated the regulations of the facility or caused damage to the facility and / or the property of the owner of the facility.

16. Parking available to guests is unguarded and free of charge. In the event of damage or theft of the car, the owner of the facility is not responsible for such events.

17. There is a total ban on smoking in the facility, breaking it is tantamount to consent to cover the costs of dearomatization in the amount of PLN 500. Smoking is allowed outside, on balconies, etc., provided the cigarette butts are properly disposed (ashtray).

18. Pets are not allowed in the facility (unless the owner agrees individually), breaking this prohibition will result in an additional fee for disinfection in the amount of PLN 500.

19. The facility is subject to waste segregation in accordance with the requirements of waste segregation in the commune / city of Szczyrk. Glaring non-compliance with its guidelines will result in an additional fee for covering the costs of segregation in the amount of PLN 200

20. Complaints should be submitted in writing, by letter or by e-mail. The Poziomkowa 5 Holiday House reserves the right to consider the complaint up to 14 days.
